I understand that for have GM or Admin in a mysql server need navicat for can enter in your database and change this.

NoooOOOnooONOoOOoo enervatul navicat is for other (i don`t know for what) so for gain a GM or Admin need Download EasyPhP, to finish download this On and go in this address: http://localhost/home/mysql/
you are in this page for confecționate a DB for gain a GM or ADMIN in your server here need UPLOAD all SQL file of DOL Folder.

With EasyPHP is very easy to open a database but for DoL Base is more simple to open with Navicat.
Note: If you don't know how operate with Navicat is your problem.   |
