Hi all,
You must download first:
Esayphp 2.0
SVN tortoise
Visual Studio C# Express 2008
Instal Easyphp / SVN tortoise and Visual Express 2008 first.
Then:
We must dl DOl source, we use SVN tortoise.
First creat a repetory who's name : DOL
Second click right on and click left when you see: "SVN checkout"
A small window is coming, in "URL of repository" enter :
https://dolserver.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dolserver/DOLSharp/trunk/
click on "OK", this window is closed and a new window is running. A DL begin... click on "OK" when he was finished.
Now we must compile the file to create a ".exe"
Enter in DOL file. there is a lot oh file but one his named : Dawn of Light (Dawn of Light.sln)
Double click on and Visual Express 2008 is running.
In Visual Express 2008, use F6 to begin the compilation.
Wait some second (or minute, it's depend of your computer)
And the compilation is finished. (an indication down of your page of Visual they u are finished)
Now in file DOL there are a new repertory named :"release" and in release a new file file named: "DOLServer.exe
It"s significate u have got finished.
Now we must realizate a DB (Data Base).
Run Easyphp.exe, when Apache and Mysql are good click on:
http://localhost/home/mysql/
You are in page for făcute a DB, write in the case : DOL and click on Create.
Your DB is created.
Don't close windows phpmyadmin.
Now, we must DL the SQL file of DOL:

When the DL is terminated. unzip file. then come back in the window of PhpMyAdmin
In this window there an bouton: Import, click on and a new page is running.
click on "Parcourir" select the SQL file of DOL then click on Execute.
Then try again with all SQL file of DOL.
when u are finished, ur DB is ready to use.
Now we must configure the server.
Go in the DOL repertory > release and double click on DOLServer.exe, the DOLConfig is running first.
Left:
Select the type on server (PVE / PVP / Normal)
The short name (like DOLSERVER)
The real name (like "Dawn of Light Server")
Right:
Type of DB: select Mysql
change "MySQL host" by "localhost" (without: " )
then change: MySQL Username by DOL
Then change MySQL Username by root
And to finish change Mysql Password, the "root" haven't password.
Click on Save then OK and Close
Then u can run your server with DOL.Server.exe
